Ayurveda

Ayurveda heals holistically, drawing on tenets of ancient medicinal science and philosophy. It is one of the oldest systems of medicine known to mankind. It embraces the concept of the Parmatma—the universal spirit as the absolute source of all our knowledge and wisdom. It is timeless, yet it retains its capacity to address the ailments that arise out of our contemporary lifestyle. The ethos is based on a life well lived, longevity in which the quality of one’s existence is paramount.

Ayurveda is rooted in the healing powers of nature and the elements. You imbibe a variety of herbal remedies that are either ingested or applied to the body. Most of Shreyas’ herbal compounds are prepared in-house, by hand, with ingredients that have been grown in our organic herbal garden and tended with care and love by our team members. They equalise the elements: wind, water, fire, air, and space, rekindling your immune system to set the healing process in motion.

The lushness of our environs, breezy open spaces, and quietude are the underlying factors across the entire experience. Sip on a cup of freshly prepared herbal tea. Take a break from your daily routine.
