Often the causes of organ damage, obesity, and respiratory conditions lie in unprocessed emotions such as grief, fear, anger and guilt. A negative cycle that perpetuates itself ultimately manifests in the form of a significant physical disability, lifestyle disease or behavioural pattern.

Even when we realise that we need to break out of a certain cycle, it’s not an easy thing to do. It helps to have the intervention of an experienced and objective counsellor, who can guide you to a better place where we can start to heal. At the deepest level, we all seek solace, a sanctuary where we can just be ourselves. But while the external environment does play a key role in that process, true completion and fulfilment have to come from deep within.

We encourage you to be vulnerable and find your emotional equilibrium in a safe environment.
