Ayurveda considers food as Aushadha - medicine, to nourish, detox and re-juvenate the body. Over the course of 7 days and 10, 90 minute sessions, the guests learn the preparation of more than 40 dishes including healthy juices, soups, salads, curries, Indian breads, rice preparations, condiments, desserts & herbal brews.
